RECOVERY, REST, TECHNIQUE

We all have our reasons and goals to training. Some athletes are looking for their first event finish, some are looking to lose some weight, some are looking to PR and some are looking to WIN!

Whatever your reason or reasons are to waking up and training is/are, you have to plan your training correctly.

More important than the training sessions themselves you need to properly plan in Recovery, Rest, and Technique!

If you go 100% every day all day without recovery and rest you end up unmotivated, early peak, and physically drained. If you don’t have the proper technique you end up inefficient and possibly injured.

Therefore, you MUST include proper recovery, rest, and technique throughout your training program every training cycle.
