Training is simple. You sign up for a race, develop a plan and you put in the miles.

SIMPLE RIGHT!

Well WRONG! It’s not that simple but it is also not complicated. However some of the little changes that you make everyday will make big differences.

The little changes meaning nutrition and recovery. Little changes in nutrition and recovery can set you up for that PR.

So make little changes today. Grab some lean protein instead of fatty, eat a salad instead of a roast beef sandwich, grab some fruit instead on candy, go for a walk, self massage, ice baths.

The little changes are what make you great, not only the epic training sessions.
