Ultimate Green Drink



I am blessed to have a wife that is always looking out for new nutrition tips. She passes them on so that I can try them and see how it works with my training.  Just recently, she came across a drink that was amazingly simple to make and packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and protein.  There is no soy and no lactose.

This is the Ultimate Green Drink!

This drink is a Kale Drink and it goes like this:

Mix in a Blender:


1 Cup Cononut Milk

1 Banana

2-3 Raw Kale Leaves

Dash of Cinnamon

and Some Ice

Blend it and drink away!!

I was a little reluctant at first but I know the benefits of not only raw foods but also Kale.  The drink was amazing and has great flavor.  You can sweeten it up with some natual sugar products, but I would leave it as is.

You can also substitute the kale with baby spinach or any leafy veggie.
